Quality Assurance Guaranteed
Our facility is driven to 100% customer satisfaction. In achieving this we know that quality control assurance is the number one factor. We have dedicated one employee that in charge of monitoring our daily quality control. He will monitor each vehicle throughout the complete repair process and insures that each technician signs off on their responsibilities prior to moving to the next department. He also will review the repair order and complete a quality control check sheet prior to releasing the completed vehicle to the Customer Service Representative for final inspection.
