Gary Ledoux Assistant Manager, Parts Division graciously hosted an educational session to work on improving the OE and Collision Repair Industry in Torrance, CA. The day started with CCC Information Systems update of today, tomorrow and beyond. Susanna Gotsh and Carlos Navarro did an excellent job updating the group of what CCC is created to better assist both the OE and Collision Industry. John Zick- Babcox Publications gave detailed overview of what they reader feel the future looks like. Mitchell Estimating Systems- Greg Horn advised of the Future of the Industry as well as a brief view of Mitchells soon to be released Management System. Ron Lybrook of American Honda briefly reported on American Hondas goal to increase the communcation between both Industries. The day ended with Curtis Nixon giving his presentation of the Day in the Life of todays Collision Repair Facility.
